Schooled is a sitcom that follows the adventures of Lainey Lewis, a former student of William Penn Academy who returns to her alma mater as a teacher. A spinoff of The Goldbergs, the show quickly developed its own fan base on ABC.

I wrote on the show’s first season. As part of the writing team, I worked closely with the showrunner and other writers on staff to write and punch up scripts, pitch jokes, review casting tapes, write voiceover, attend table reads, incorporate studio and network notes, and supervise production on set.
